Christmas Opening Times

Our warehouse will be closed from 4.30pm GMT on December 23rd. We re-open at 9.00am on Tuesday 29th December. We will also be closed on New Year’s Eve and January 1st 2020 as this is a Bank Holiday in the UK.

We will still be accepting orders throughout the Christmas & New Year period.

We will be operating with a reduced staff during the Christmas / New Year period. If you need to contact us, please send an email or use the “Ways to Contact Us” form on our website and we will respond to you as soon as we can.

Please note that many of our suppliers will be closed between Christmas and New Year. Although we hold our items in stock, we will not be able to get deliveries into our facility from many suppliers during this period. This may result in some items not being dispatched until the second working week of January 2021. We hope that you will understand if there are any delays to your order until our suppliers resume normal service in the New Year.

Royal Mail are not delivering any items on the 25th to 28th December or the 1st January 2021 (and the 4th in Scotland).

Royal Mail are not collecting any items from our facility on Christmas Eve or New Years Eve.

Royal Mail Posting Dates:

The last posting date for Christmas delivery within the UK is Monday 21st December 2020. We will dispatch all orders, even engraved orders, received by 2pm on Sunday 20th.

If you need to order after this and still receive your order by Christmas then we will need to send Special Delivery at an extra cost. The last day we can send items using Special Delivery (UK ONLY) is Wednesday 23rd. We will need to have received and confirmed your order by 2pm to be able to dispatch this in time.

If we are not able to dispatch your order by this date then we will contact you to advise.

Please note, although we will get your order out to meet the Royal Mail last posting dates, we are then in the hands of Royal Mail and we are not able to guarantee delivery if your order is left until late.
