What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our delivery charges vary depending on the items you buy and your shipping address.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Amazon payments.

How long will delivery take?

We personalise the items in your order individually so the time it takes us to dispatch your order will vary. For most cutlery items we can dispatch the same day if you order before 2pm GMT. Flasks are normally dispatched the same or next day. For the boards, as these take longer to produce, clean, sand and oil, these will always be sent 1-2 working days after your order is placed.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use a secure checkout (https) and no information is stored on our servers. All of your payment information is sent directly to the payment provider. We are so secure, even our own staff cannot access your payment details.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is received, the items are picked, checked for defects, personalised, checked again, packed, wrapped and dispatched. The boards are also cleaned, sanded and oiled with food safe oil which is then allowed to dry before being packed. Our couriers then collect your order at the end of the day and it should normally be with you 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, your confirmation email will include a PDF version of your invoice. If you do not receive this, or if you enter an incorrect email address, please contact us to send to you again.
